Returns and Refunds


If something is not to your liking, you have 30 days to make a return, starting from the day you receive the order.


1st STEP: FILL OUT THE ONLINE RETURN FORM
Go to Bmaxstore.com and login.
Select the “my account” option in the upper right corner of the website.
Choose the item(s) you want to return and select the reason for the return.



2nd STEP: WAIT FOR CONTACT
Wait for our contact via phone / email within the next 24 working hours, to schedule the collection. Please confirm that your contact details are up to date.



3rd STEP: PLACE THE ARTICLE IN THE BOX
Use the original packaging where you received the order or another cardboard box, as long as it is undamaged.
Close the box and seal it with tape.
Make sure the box does not contain any labels, stickers or other materials from previous shipments, and stick the Returns label you received inside your order box.



4th STEP: COLLECTION OF THE ARTICLE
The transport company will stop at the indicated address, on the day agreed to make the collection (working days). 


5th STEP: REFUND
After receiving and analyzing the product, we will send you a return notice by email, confirming receipt of the order. The refund of the amount paid will always be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. For payments with ATM reference, the return will be made by bank transfer, within a maximum period of 15 working days after the request.
